I think execs and the AI industry want to believe this looks great, because they both bow their heads to the money gods. But AI doesn't "take inspiration" it steals. Oda took inspiration from Toriyama, Toriyama took inspiration from Journey to the West. Inspiration is a meeting of the soul of one writer with another. AI has tries to fulfill a prompt with the data set it has, which is why Mike appears in that trailer.
Execs and AI bros will want to make this work, but the amount of scrubbing you and cleaning you'd have to do to stay out of court? They'll want to keep that money.
