I think the bottom line is clear, if you use AI for the good aiming to mske ppl’s lives and the world a better place as a whole, this should be inclusive. But if you use technology to serve surveillance purpose aiming to control ppl, violating human rights, that should be exclusive. Take an example of the united nation human right panel, an authoritarian country could be in the chairman or major member of that panel. It’s just ironic and against the basic morality band basic ethical principle. A world with justice, morality and humanity should not be this way. The same as AI, for those country with a vicious purpose by using this technology should be prohibited. The free world should have a set of standards for it.
