As a criminologist, I can confirm this is not racism, it's just statistics. If it weren't for inner cities, America would beat out Switzerland as the safest place on earth.

The fact stands by itself. Whether it's environmental, genetic, or some super position between the 2, it doesn't change the numbers. There is no assumption of racial superiority behind logging 911 calls, or victim surveys.
