Mmh... Watched to the end in hope of an uplift, but I think this is your first video trhat was just depressing and stressful throughout. I wish I had 1/10th of your enthusiasm. Or that you'd look into ChatGPT and co being built on stolen art, and literally being able to emulate your fav band lyrics because those lyrics were fed to them WITHOUT that band's consent. ChatGPT is not capable of creativity, only mimicry, and a morally bankrupt one. And it's not CGPT's fault, but its creators. As an artist and writer, recent months have been really emotionally taxing around AI. "AI bros" are some of the most fucked in the head conmen and grifters I've had the displeasure to interact with, and the fact they are the people proping up and selling "AI" as a product, I am deeply depressed about all of this. I wish you'd look into that more, and less into the scifi what ifs. It's also not like Gwyneth has fucked philosophy. We still have people studying philosophy of mind, and we're not making progress. Not because of her crystals but because it's a hard ceiling. We can discuss laws and morals to be built around predictive models based on stolen works though. That'll be more productive
