ai is a prediction algorithm... Some races have a lower on average education or whatever... These prediction algorithm could and most likely will link their race to these traits... as the AI reads all you information your race gender disability will play a factor... if people with disabilities or races in the training data are rejected more than the ai or prediction algorithm will predict based on that data that being disabled or being a certain race are more likely to be rejected
