Honest question. How is the logic that they used to justify that any different than the sex offender registry and everything the registrants have to go through? Either predictive policing is okay or not. I get that. They are trying to bring up the subject that a handful of the people they are doing the predictive policing too in this video are kids, but kids are on the registry too. Either the Constitution matters or it doesn't. And when it doesn't in some cases, that is going to open up doors like this so it doesn't matter to others. I don't see how people are too dense to see that.
