Even the AI generated anime rn still needed actual artists to make the character itself. They just fed their arts for AI to do the rest which still isnt enough. Because one scene has a girl with her hair flowing at first it was long then became short then became long again.
AI only copies from already fed art.
Thats why studio ghibli artstyle is there.

Because those are already fed art for AI to copy.
AI can never make anything without a reference. The talent and mind comes from the human. AI is only there to copy and paste.
