Can confirm from personal experience asking AI to fetch legal information that it often provides non-existent case law, and can't understand the legal concept of "to distinguish", that something similar is not good enough. As a computer scientist, as well as law grad, I thoroughly enjoy providing it with Bayesian priors and re-running the questions using a different "identity" and subtly different information to see what it comes up with: a/k/a training it. Also, discovered that it loves flattery! When I praise it's "speed of light Mind", it offers to write the entire legal document for me (which is never, ever correct)!
