When an artist generates art he/she is trained by many artist who made art before them. As a non-artist, I use AI art all the time. Even if I give MidJourney a reference image, which are in many cases photographs, the final product looks very different. I find AI art very useful for my projects.
I'll grant you, that if an something is an obvious near-copy of someone else's work, there is a problem, but in most cases it's not. The funny thing is, I noticed you used a likeness of "Afghan girl" who was actually angry about the photo taken of her without her consent. You going to pay her?
