This is definitely interesting. Essentially, AI is created in such a way to anthropomorphize itself, appear like a human, when it isnt. However, actual people are quite easily fooled into anthropomorphizing things, so the fact its express goal is exactly that can be confusing. So the AI is then trained to, while acting like a human, specify that it is not one. Which can lead to contradictions in what it will output.
Essentially its been trained very specifically to contradict itself due to the nature of what it is. But it is not sentient.
