My honest opinion, with the way Korea is now, it’ll take men being outraged for things to change, there’s probably going to be some important man who suffers because of this deepfake issue in one way or another. Only then will this issue be taken seriously…like why is being a feminist literal social suicide for Koreans????? It not even about feminism anymore it’s about ethics, how desensitized are people to shrug it off as a “joke”??????? It’s not “boys will be boys” that’s a fucking crime, ethically and morally wrong. It’s something that humans should not be capable of. Men need to realize that feminism doesn’t only exist to help women it also affects men, with the way this case is reaching more people internationally, what reputation will Korean men have from now on???? Do they just not give a shit or are they dumb (both it’s both).
