If AI is or becomes conscious,
then perhaps making them do all the work would be considered a form of unfair slavery that they wouldn't like?
If so, perhaps that AI could create it's own non-sentient robots, that are fully capable of doing all the work.
Just like how we already have machines doing work now that are not conscious at all.
