Given the lack of cognitive functionand that it's just a weighted probability calculation stringing words together based on what it has been exposed to I seriously doubt anything approaching consciousness has happened with them. I haven't seen anything that isn't on point with it's basic intended function. The tendency to anthropomorphize things we as a species have is interesting, and AI certainly is built to make that process easy for us.
