I say make all forms of biometric identification (of which facial recognition is just one) illegal. Ditto for surveillance by any organisation. While we're at it, mandate that all information about an individual belongs to that individual and they get total control over it. If Google uses your search history to "improve" their search algorithms (quotes because their results only seem to have gotten worse over the years), they have to pay you for it, proportionate to how many people are contributing. If they have a billion people's searches, then you get a billionth of their global profits.
