we must remember where the internet came from, DARPA. It ways called ARPANET. It is well known the the military stays 20 years in advance of what they allow for public consumption. I would be surprised if they ndon’t have
AI already on a more advanced level. And would they be creating it for just benign purposes?. Unless and until the Big Players like US, Russia and China ( and India?) find a way to really really get along and trust each other, there is no way to assure benevolent use.
