if this is the case, would it not make sense for any and every artist to be protected by law that their art piece cannot be used to prompt a Ai piece, thus leaving the Ai to only work with whatever stock images that it would be allowed to use, i know that's just a fantasy but it's the point of the matter, if Ai is real art, then surly it can generate it's own without needing help from real artist works. and if not, then it can only be used to generate an idea, that the artiest could then use for inspiration in whatever work they are requested for. sounds like a good idea to me.
