The only way in which AI can increase this rapidly is through lack of regulation, specially for its energy demands. We must regulate the construction of data centers, and the energy demands of AI. This will limit its growth, reduce its speed, and allow us to build efficient AI models that don’t harm our planet. We owe this to future generations!
