In all honesty I don't mind AI generated art. So long as it isn't used to take credit for or sell images. To give a better explanation, say person A used AI bot to generate art then try selling it, that is where I draw the line. Using AI generated art or a bot to generate art just for fun or for a text-based roleplay for example, in my opinion is fine. As I honestly don't have the money to pay artists upwards of 50, 100, 200 (or however much) to get a character image which I will use for a roleplay.
That said, I understand the arguments against it, but I personally see AI generated art to be fascinating, impressive, and cool. Everyone is titled to their own opinion and statements against or for it, I am simply stating how I feel.
