"You have to be born with talent to make art." Is one of the greatest lies ever told. I started learning to draw 2-3 years ago despite having no prior experience nor "innate talent" just because I wanted to draw my DnD character by myself, and yeah, it wasn't the best most beautiful picture ever, but I'm proud of it, of having done it on my own, and the sense of progress as I learned the fundamentals and felt myself getting better was like nothing else. I'm not gifted by any means, but I've continued to doodle from time to time, sometimes having enough motivation to draw bigger pieces. I'm still a pretty novice drawer as I'm not very diligent in my practice, but everytime I grab my pencil, I feel like an artist and it makes me sad when I hear people say "I can't do it, so let me use ai instead"
