If we give up our intelligence so quickly, everything that makes us human becomes meaningless. Our identity or our difference as humans is our intelligence. We should be able to develop our intelligence in parallel with Artificial Intelligence and with its help. AI should be a practice tool, a way we train. It's not only about solving the issues of humanity efficiently, in addition it's about solving the problems ourselves. The process of the development of AI should be more controlled and cautious. We already observe people giving up their intelligence to ChatGPT and etc., by making them write essays and do the tasks that require creative thinking. Humans should never substitute their core wit for the sake of speed, efficiency or laziness. I don't mean to be traditional or ignorant about development, but only saying the AI should help or assist us, not replace us in cognitive abilities.
