like it or lump it i don't think A.l. is going away, my heart goes out to the artists of the world and it is completely unfair that all the training is based on real artists work and they don't even get a reference, it's disgusting. It is also inevitable, i can't imagine a path forward for A.I. without this learning and yes it will only get better like look at lions dodgy toes and mr rabbits buttons is a short term argument at best. Sometimes tech takes us in an unfavourable direction and being one in 100 paddling the other way ain't enough, but at least there's some hope of a saturated world of A.I. images drives up interest in real original work like the "home made" or "hand-made", it will become more valuable and niche. Because i agree that losing the spark of originality and even humanity from art of all things is insane, this is far from a new scenario or growing pain as far as skills being replaced by technology.
