Yo! Disabled artist here too. The idea that my disability makes me unable to create art, whilst also less able to (for example) get around, have shower etc is such a shorthand to the idea that being disabled makes me not just less-abled, but less human.
AI is a performance tool! Have fun with it, by all means - chat with AI bots, make silly AI pics, have fun! But know that it's just a performance. If a person tries to pretend its genuine (thinking the persona actually cares, trusting in its facts to be 100% accurate, using its citations without checking, presenting yourself as an artist) that's where they go wrong and become the fool.
