It's like the psychology of an incel, except instead of believing that you're inherently undesirable, you believe that you're inherently unartistic and there's nothing you can do to change that.
And AI art programs just enable and exacerbate that belief. Makes them afraid to make anything with their own hands because they're "talentless".
