This is wrong. The answer is not "there" Generative AI will make a best guess based on all information it has been trained on. If you tell it not to guess sometimes it will tell you that it does not know for sure unless the answer is "there". It is generating content so in some cases when the answer to your question doesn't exist it will hallucinate and make up the answer. This is why you must prompt it and tell not to guess if it does not know.
