Typical fearmongering bullshit.
They want you to stay hyped about their crappy AI.
You just turn the AI application or the PC off and that's the end of AI.
This should only be a concern if you give administrator privileges to the AI and the ability to do anything: write code, executables, modify the system it's running under and connect to the internet.
If you have an AI that can only spit back text or images then what this guy says is laughable.
