Bernie, I provided technical support for large to medium IBM systems for 40 years in manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers large and small, all across this country. Your comments about AI are baseless and demonstrate you have NO CLUE what kind of threat AI is or is not in the workplace. Automation by robotics performing repetitive tasks does NOT require the use of AI.
