It is a real dilemma. Imagine, you're an artist. How many copyrighted pictures have you seen, while you've learned? You can be inspired by anything: by somebody's artwork, painting, nature, photos... It is pretty obvious, that people learning from other people, and not paying for it everytime. So why can't neural network learn from other people's pictures, if they're are published?
On the other hand, human spends years to learn the art, and it is really can make you upset, if your art will become needless, useless.
