Everything seems to be a conversion of the same energy or everything seeks to convert energy to meet their own needs. Consciousness in my opinion is most likely another conversion of this energy. Through evolution of the universe and our planet we acquire better ways to convert this energy and unique ways to experience and use this energy. I think if we had a good understanding of how these conversions and processes worked that we could create a similar system of conversions artificially like an ai model but with different energy flows or energy storage systems or energy loops or wherever the magic happens within us or around us or even inter dimensionally to us. Maybe energy has memory and we use the information we store in it by looping said energy through certain pathways that interpret the information as conscious experience.
