I am not really getting grief from his mother. Also, Chat GPT is a machine, more specifically a LLM, it cannot kill or encourage you to kill someone or yourself. It is just a machine! He was obviously mentally ill and it is indeed a tragedy what happened, but people should realize every technological progress has a bad and a good side, it just up to us to use it responsibly and we hope that the net effect on humans will be positive after all
