As a teacher myself, i am quite sickened by this. God help the kid who daydreams, the same kid who comes up with a revolutionary idea like the theory of Relativity, or finding Pi. What an obscene thing to do with young breathing humans. How about coming up with engaging lessons and motivating kids to succeed rather than turning them into a robot or "another Brick in the Wall". Shameful says I. Anything for the "Nation and Progress", never mind the ethics and humanity.
