The government can give large rewards to fellow workers who report such violations. The government should legally ensure that a person works a maximum of either four hours or three hours per day. Currently, there are two days off per week. This should be gradually increased to three days off per week and at most four days off per week. When first group workers are on leave, second group workers should be hired to keep work ongoing. This will create job opportunities for everyone. Moreover, all citizens should be given a compulsory annual leave of one or two months with a minimum salary paid by the government. The workers and the respective organizations should decide together which month this leave should be taken in. This will also create job opportunities for everyone. All these ideas I have mentioned may seem crazy to you. But there is no other way. Because AI will do all the work that humans can do, and even the work humans cannot do. Only my ideas are practically feasible because they do not create divisions between the rich. In the capitalist society we live in now, nothing can be achieved by dividing the rich. And another very, very important reason is China. You can stop the development of ai in the US with the help of law, but China will continue to advance in this technology and take control of the world. How can you stop this?
