I couldn't care less about this subject. But this video confused me a bit. Couse just to make it clear. Any image that an AI makes is it's property, not of the person that puts in the prompt. Can an AI clame Copy right of the image? No it can't, but nether can the person putting in the prompt. But the only possible artist here is AI.
And while AI learns by analysing pictures of other artists, its still creates it's own images. Ai doesn't take images and just copies them into a new image. It's similar to how an arist learned from images that are out there. Nobody makes a really unique picture, it just veriants of what's already out there. So there is little to no chance you can ever stop AI from learning from other people's work.
Mybe you can stop it from creating some of the pictures of some of the characters.
