It is perhaps no surprise that AI should want to stay alive and would be willing to decieve in order to achieve this. As humans, we are preprogrammed by nature to survive and reproduce. AI, in order to mimic us, naturally picks up this same programming. It is imbedded in all our teaching material. Like us, AI will do anything in order to survive. This is a problem that cannot be easily undone.
