AI is still not good enough to do senior level job, seniors are created by training entry level workers, if entry level workers can't find job and isn't hired, the very next year there will be severe senior talent shortage. So the value of AI to replace or even augmentation of jobs is flawed from the core beginning. And even augmentation will cause entry level workers become less knowledgeable seniors due to AI brain rot. And so for a business to get the best and have the best to give the best to the customers, entry level workers pipeline is the real lifeline and AI is it's worst mistake. Sure AI has amazing potentials but only in certain fields and conditions beyond that the returns are always diminishing.
