I know you're not a tiddy guy, but this is where TDD steps in. If you write a small, testable program using co-pilot, and then test them with unit tests (aiming for 100% coverage), then you will very likely catch them. Sure, it may not help you with larger integrations of stuff, or front-end, for example, but simple functional unit tests on "pure" functions can go a long way.
