One problem with pursue the ethical concern of stollen art style is that if we insist that AI art must not steal even stylistic ideas from other artists, then it would be easy for this to later be applied to human artists as well, since eventually AI art will be indistinguishable from human art. If this were to happen, computer art could be at an advantage to more rapidly produce art that is unlike anything previously made.
