I think the first point may be the most important one. We're already in a terrible state in terms of climate change, the consequences that scientists have warned us about are starting to emerge, and now AI is going to make it much worse, and no one (hardly) talks about it. Earth won't just tolerate any amount of harm, at some point there will just be no Earth.
