People romanticize struggle too much. There have always been people who reject new tools. There are works of art that would be impossible to create with older tools. Those works of art would never be created. In the same way that certain tools or discoveries wouldn't be possible without AI. Im not impressed by artists who romanticize struggle and yet produce an art piece with struggle as the only value offered. The value of art piece isn't defined by struggle of creation, it's about the piece itself, regardless of the tools used to bring it to existence. I am CG artist with lots of years of experience and Im not threatened by new tools. In fact it only raises the bar for the kind of art pieces that can be brought to existence.
