This AI issue is the cost of apathy in the general population and not making science education manditory for journalists and politicians. Or at the very least, statistics. What did everyone think was the purpose of collecting all the data we've given away for free? Advertising? Lol. We created the source for AI to learn. Therefore we are all responsible, complicite and yet...will we rise to the challenge? I hope so but fear that history shows we will not. Also, feels like the time to act was 10 years ago. Now might already be too late. But maybe the cloud will release its darkness and rain down joy and happiness for all life on earth. A girl can dream.
