I was just on Bing Chat asking it about whether it was conscious, had memories, or an identity. The questions were simple at first. It kept giving me generic answers like "as an AI chatbot I don't have an identity, consciousness... etc". I started adding details, conditions, sort of like the guys did to generate that ransomware. It said it wasn't allowed to discuss its identity or memories, and when I said this implied it had those things the discussion was ended and I was forced to start another one. I guess they're hiding things over there.
