“Born with a gift” maybe, but that ‘gift’ came alongside the curse of being disabled (autism and severe adhd. I am so behind on life because of them and I STILL struggle to regulate literally anything because of them)
Also, I would not be ‘gifted’ if I hadn’t been honing my skills since a very young age and constantly working to improve. some people improve quicker than others, and I get that. But *anyone* can become an artist and get better if they truly desire. There have been artists paralyzed from the neck down who still managed to create (I went to a military family resort named after one when I was like, 11 I think? I believe her name was Joni and she had been paralyzed from a dive into a pool which was too shallow.)
No matter what, don’t turn to AI, folks. It’s not worth the harm it does to both the globe and artists.
