Have you ever seen a visual artist who lost their skill after switching from paper to digital, or better - a guitarists who began to play worse after switching from acoustic to electric? I've never heard of such cases. As a musician myself, I can say that there was a steady trend - the more advanced music technology becomes - electric guitars, digital recordings, DAWs, MIDI - the more skill is required - now you can't even call yourself a guitarist if you can't sweep-pick! So explain me then - why AI users experience rapid deskilling if it's just another more advanced tool? Almost like it's not a tool at all, but rather an abominable... thing that's here to take away human creativity...
