I've seen how Waymo cars drive in Scottsdale, Tempe and other neighboring cities. They don't drive much better than the average car driver. Driverless CMVs are down right scary. If the government and industry really want safer roads they would make getting a CDL much harder than it is. Well, all drivers licenses would be much harder to get. They would also pay driver much more. It's not about safety its about money and greed.
