1. Tesla needs to get rid of Musk first and foremost.
2. A free soft-cover manual should be offered with every car to help owners navigate its all-electric and autonomous features.
3. LIDAR must be added to every Tesla going forward. If Apple can put it in their 5-year-old iPhone 12 Pro and Lucid can add it to their 2022 Dream and Grand Touring vehicles, Tesla can do so as well.
4. Far more alpha testing must be done to improve any "full self-driving" system. Letting customers go from parking lot to highway to parking lot isn't enough. Google and Nvidia seem to have many driving simulations that can be licensed if necessary.
5. Customer feedback is king. Given Tesla's low used market values and their dog shit reliability, enacting a form of Toyota's kaizen to improve quality would allow people to keep their vehicles up to million miles. That could also reverse the stock price drop.
