I would probably be considered to be a tech bro, but I agree with everything you said here. I am a programmer, and there's a lot of people who make similar statements about AI that are just kinda ignorant but also hilarious.
The prompt bro is my new favorite archetype. The type of people that will see an AI video generator and think "wow, finally I can make my own movie! Awesome!!", despite never having written a story, read a book, or studied literally anything about film.
I think the prompt bro is slightly more common in art communities because people generally don't respect arts as much as other fields (which in the modern day and age is kinda weird since a lot of us work jobs that create little extrinsic value, and consume so much media)
