AI art isn't that bad, if they purchase all training data at market rate with the direct claim that they intend to purchase said art for AI training. However if they did this they would not need to worry about receiving poisoned images. But they will never do this and thus poisoning images for the sake of harming scraping from AI is perfectly fine.
