Most people don't know, or forget, that growth follows a logistic curve pattern. We are indeed in the exponential bit but AI progress will slow down and become ever harder to achieve. Look, you are either blessed with an incredibly complex architecture (like our brains) or require lots of data to train. either is really expensive and not sure worth pursuing economically to the point big tech currently advertises it will be.
