I'm not surprised at all. I mean, what does a human customer service does that a chatbot cannot? Customer service don't actually solve problems for you, most of the time. I deliberately avoid calling customer service. The few times I did, they just record my information and relay it to some other department that can actually help. AI chatbot can do that at least as well as humans. And it means you don't have get stuck on the phone for 30 minutes only to get someone not able to help you in any meanful way. This is a win.
