i spent 20minutes today trying to get the ms copilot help reduce a pdf file size. it couldn’t do it and it then it told me to use a third party website which is against my company it security policy. then the AI suggested something that wasn’t possible. mad that microsoft has developed an AI that can explain to me why other MS products don’t have basic features. anyway i gave up and took screenshots of each page in the document and then pasted it into a powerpoint and saved it. all in i probably wasted 30 minutes of company time and god knows how much energy and water. so i’m not convinced about it being much help in work. but at least people can create realistic police body cam footage.
