Hi. This is from someone working in the mobile robotics/ai industry. There are 2 things I wanna talk about:
1. I think your understanding of AI is slightly wrong. It actually learns the patterns of your art in big and small detail and generates new images from that knowledge. It is not just frankensteining together parts of your images. That doesnt make it legal tho
2. My opinion about generative AI is that it shouldnt be used to do our work, but to assist us with it. No matter if it is writing, coding, art or whatever... Getting help from generative AI is no crime. But the final product should still be made by human hands
